Chairman's Message

The Chamber recently completed a very successful annual membership drive. This year's drive was entitled "Clash of the Titans" representing a competition among five teams to recruit the most members.

The enthusiasm and competitive spirit of Chamber members really paid off this year when 162 new members were signed up by the end of the drive. The winning team was the "Mighty Thors" led by Chamber past chairs, Frank Bartaldo, Alyn Beals, Jim Hartnett, Pat Webb, and John Adams with 49 new members. They were followed by the "Athenas and Eros" with 43 new members, led by Roseanne Foust, Catherine Fraser, Dani Gasparini, and Joanne Kemist.

The key to the success of this year's membership drive was that 61 people signed up at least one new Chamber member. This level of participation and support for the Chamber and its membership drive shows the strength of our Chamber and why it continues to be the third largest in the San Francisco Bay area.

Congratulations and thanks to the chairs of the membership drive, team captains, and all of the 61 hardworking people who signed up new Chamber members.
