Rosanne Foust and Jim Hartnett recognized as 2013 Chamber Persons of the Year
Redwood City Vice Mayor, Rosanne Foust who is also President and CEO of SAMCEDA, (San Mateo County Economic Development Association) and her husband, Jim Hartnett, a Founding Partner in the law firm Hartnett, Smith and Paetkau were recognized at the Redwood City-San Mateo County Chamber of Commerce’s 116th Annual Dinner as the Chamber’s Persons of the Year. Chairman of the Board, Stacey Wagner, Director of Public Affairs with Kaiser Permanente, surprised Rosanne and Jim as they were announced as the two 2013 Chamber Persons of the Year at the event held at the Hotel Sofitel. Foust and Hartnett became the 43rd and 44th members of the Chamber to be so honored since the award began in 1970. Only two other people ever received the award a second time. Jim Hartnett was named Person of the Year in 2001 and Rosanne Foust was Person of the Year in 2009.
